HH98 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to hh98. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and hh98 ("we," "us," "the Platform") regarding your access to and use of hh98.click and all associated services, games, promotions and features offered under the hh98 brand.

By registering an account on hh98, accessing the platform, depositing funds, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform.

These Terms apply to all registered users of hh98, including players accessing the platform from anywhere in Pakistan — whether from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, Faisalabad or any other city. They apply to all games and betting markets available on the platform, including Ludo Games, Poker, Jackpot Slots, Virtual Sports, Esports Betting and all other sections.

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use hh98. The platform is not available to minors under any circumstances. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. hh98 may request age verification documentation at any time, and failure to provide it will result in account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is complete.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on hh98. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under different names, or using different mobile numbers belonging to the same person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts discovered will be closed immediately and any balance, including winnings, may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful and current information when creating your hh98 account, including your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number and correct date of birth. Providing false information — including the use of another person's identity — is a serious violation and will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

2.4 Account Verification

hh98 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account's existence — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or after any suspicious activity is flagged. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or documentation confirming your payment method ownership. hh98 will not process withdrawals until verification is completed to our satisfaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hh98 account credentials — including your username, password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person, and you must not allow any other individual to access or use your account.

hh98 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you receive a request for your password claiming to be from hh98, treat it as fraudulent and contact us immediately at support@hh98.click.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hh98 immediately. We will take steps to secure your account, but we cannot be held responsible for losses incurred as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hh98 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). hh98 does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

4.2 Deposit Rules

The minimum single deposit on hh98 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts. Deposits are credited to your hh98 wallet instantly for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. Card deposits are processed within a few minutes depending on your bank's processing time. hh98 charges no deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You must only deposit funds that genuinely belong to you. Depositing funds from third parties, whether knowingly or unknowingly, is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal from your hh98 account is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within 2–4 hours during banking business hours. hh98 charges no withdrawal fees on any supported method.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name — the same name used on your hh98 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. hh98 reserves the right to request confirmation of payment account ownership before processing any withdrawal.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal is processed, hh98 may require:

• Completion of account identity verification
• Satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements
• Confirmation that deposit funds have cleared and are not subject to reversal
• Minimum one deposit and one gameplay transaction on the account

5.1 General Bonus Terms

hh98 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and referral rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, expiry dates, eligible games and minimum odds restrictions — which are clearly communicated at the time the bonus is offered. These specific terms take precedence over the general bonus terms in this section where there is any conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the specific promotion) must be wagered in qualifying games before a withdrawal can be requested. Bets placed in games that are excluded from the promotion do not count towards wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

hh98 has a strict zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Any of the following — individually or in combination — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Using coordinated groups of accounts (bonus hunting or arbitrage teams)
• Placing low-risk, mathematically structured bets specifically designed to meet wagering requirements while preserving deposit capital
• Exploiting errors or technical glitches in game or bonus software
• Providing false information to qualify for a promotion

5.4 Refer a Friend Programme

The Refer a Friend programme on hh98 rewards players for introducing genuine new users to the platform. Referral rewards are only paid when a referred player registers using your unique referral link, completes account verification, and meets the minimum deposit and wagering requirements specified in the programme terms. Referral rewards for fake, duplicate or fraudulent accounts will not be paid and any associated accounts will be closed.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on hh98 are accepted at the platform's sole discretion. hh98 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet or series of bets at any time without prior notice. Reasons for refusal or voiding may include but are not limited to: suspected match fixing, technical errors in displayed odds, breach of betting limits, or any circumstances that hh98 considers constitute irregular or suspicious betting activity.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and market on hh98. Current limits are displayed within each game or market. hh98 reserves the right to apply individual player bet limits at any time based on account activity, risk assessment or other factors at our discretion.

6.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet — including server disconnections, software errors, or incorrect display of odds or game results — hh98 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. In cases where a technical error resulted in an incorrect payout, hh98 reserves the right to reclaim any overpayment from the player's account balance.

6.4 Virtual Sports and RNG Games

All virtual sports events and RNG-based casino games on hh98 — including slots, poker, Ludo and virtual cricket — use independently certified Random Number Generator technology. Outcomes are genuinely random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any party, including hh98 itself. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is published and represents the long-term theoretical return — it is not a guarantee of any individual session outcome.

hh98 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all registered players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds and permanent closure of the account:

• Cheating, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with hh98 games or place bets
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game errors or display malfunctions
• Money laundering or any attempt to use hh98 as a vehicle for financial crime
• Depositing funds from stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods
• Harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed at hh98 staff or other players
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation

hh98 monitors all account activity using automated and manual review systems. Any account flagged for prohibited conduct will be investigated, and hh98 will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities in cases involving suspected criminal activity.

All content on hh98.click — including but not limited to the hh98 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software and functionality — is the intellectual property of hh98 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hh98 platform for your personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the hh98 platform or its content without our express written permission.

hh98 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on hh98, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect information including your name, mobile number, date of birth, payment information and gameplay activity for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud and providing customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

hh98 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We provide a suite of tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh98 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of funds due to technical failures, or any other losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

hh98's total liability to you in connection with your account shall not exceed the total funds held in your hh98 wallet at the time the relevant claim arises. hh98 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

In the event of a game or technical malfunction that results in an incorrect display of winnings or an erroneous payout, hh98 reserves the right to rectify the error and recover any overpaid amounts from the player's account balance, regardless of the amount of time that has elapsed since the error occurred.

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your hh98 account at any time by contacting customer support at support@hh98.click. Before closing, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to all applicable verification and withdrawal conditions being met.

12.2 Closure by HH98

hh98 reserves the right to close, suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice if we have reason to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by law or regulation. In cases where account closure follows confirmed fraud or abuse, hh98 may withhold the account balance pending investigation.

12.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or gameplay activity has occurred for a consecutive period of 12 months. hh98 may apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200 to inactive accounts with a positive balance, beginning after the 12-month inactivity period. Players will be notified by SMS or email before any inactivity fee is applied.

hh98 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via SMS to their registered mobile number and by a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of seven days prior to the changes taking effect. Minor changes — including corrections, clarifications or updates that do not materially affect your rights — may be made without prior notice.

Continued use of the hh98 platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between you and hh98, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance — the majority of disputes are resolved quickly and informally through direct communication.

All disputes related to game outcomes on hh98 must be raised within 30 days of the game result being recorded. Disputes raised after this period will not be investigated. hh98's decision on any disputed game outcome, following a full internal review, will be final.

For financial disputes — including withdrawal issues or disputed bonus calculations — players may request a formal written review by emailing support@hh98.click with full details. hh98 will respond with a written decision within 14 business days.
